SNS Interiors philosophy
No flat is livable unless the interiors of the flat are completed. A flat without interiors is a body without a soul. Usually these tasks are undertaken by the owners after taking over the flats. We have been observing difficulties and some bitter experiences faced by our clients for completing these tasks. Some of these are;
Contractors take advance and leave the jobs incomplete. Even if they do complete, the jobs are shoddy due to
poor quality of workmanship and material.
The labour charges are heavy due to the limited quantun of work. Contractors
dealy work, leading to delay in occupation of the flat and substantial over
runs of costs.
On completion of the work many faults are noticed, because neither the owner nor the contractors are fully
aware of the dimentions required for comfortable living as per human ergonomics. This
directly affects the ladies who spend most of their time in managing the kitchen and homes.
Substansial difficulties are faced by owners in collecting materials in retail market and organising different
types of workmen like carpenters, glass fiters, welders, painters, plumbers, POP workers etc.
Usually the flat needs to be repainted after completing the interiors.
Our Solution
To overcome these difficulties we provide a single window service for the interiors. We will source the materials of high quality, arrange for excellent workman, and design the interiors based on the size of the rooms, lighting conditions and owner's requirements. We will undertake making of fixed furniture i.e. Cupboards, Kitchen units and trolleys, Drawing Room/TV cabinets, security doors, awanings etc. The builders will provide the final coat of paint after completion of interiors.
We will also arrange to procure and provide appliances like fans, water boilers/ Geysers etc at MRP and fitment cost.
We ensure that the interiors of superior workmanship are completed at
minimum costs. The job will be undertaken in such a way that the fully furnished
flat is ready for posession.
This will translate into major convenience and substantial savings
to the owners.
Financing
Owners will be required to pay 50% payment in advance, balance is payable on completion of the work. Loans on easy terms are availbale for 'home improvement' from all leading banks
