In the process of development, the group has earned a reputation of “providing value for money ” , transparent and honest dealings, and using best quality of the material. Standing by all its commitments and timely execution of projects, is the Hallmark of the group. The hundreds of satisfied flat owners, who are our valued customers, are a living testimony to the group’s reputation. The group has a strong techno managerial base and in house undertakes all structural designing.
Our CEO
The group is headed by Shri. S.M. Dhoble, a technocrat. After completing his schooling with brilliant academic achievements, he completed his B.E. (civil) from College of Engg. Pune (COEP) with “Distinction” In 1982. Thereafter he completed his M. tech. in structural Engineering from I.I.T. (Pawai) in 1984. He worked in the field of structural design of Industrial, Commercial, and Residential buildings at Mumbai for 3 years. After gaining experience, he ventured into construction activities, promoting and developing 5 to 6 housing schemes in Mumbai. Identifying that Pune was an emerging construction market, he shifted to Pune and has established the activities of the group in the northern areas of Pune
Partner
Shri. Pankaj D. Patil joined the group since its establishment at Pune. He is a graduate in Agriculture and in Law. He specialises in land and construction rules and looks after the legal matters of the group.
Project Director
Air Cmde (Retd) S. S. Mohite, an Ex Indian Air Force Officer has 37 years of material, legal and personal management experience. He has held many important and high level posts in the Defence. He is a graduate in science and law. He also holds a master degree in Management. He is directing the activities of various projects of the group.
Senior Technical and RCC consultant
Shri M. H. Aqueel has completed his B.E. (civil) from College of Engg. Pune (COEP) in the year 1996 with distinction. Thereafter he completed his M.E. in Structural Engg. from COEP in 1998. He heads the Engineering Organisation of the Group.
